He is survived by: his fiancée Brittany Plaschke; his stepfather Duane Swett; his children, MaKayla Hogg, McKenzie Hogg, Anderson Hogg, Matthew Hogg, Logan Middaugh and Abigail Hogg; his siblings, Megan Howard (Callie), Josh Hogg (Elizabeth) and Stephanie Murphy (Travis Schaub); his nieces and nephews, Maddie Swett, Kade Swett, Kole Swett, Spencer Murphy, Sydney Schaub and Juliann Howard; his grandmother Carolyn Floyd; his aunts, Christal Medaries (John), Melissa Palmer (James), Genae Fields (Jerry) and LaNelle Richardson; and his uncle James Swett. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to help with funeral expenses.
