Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Michael Hackney of Hallsville, Texas, born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, who passed away at the age of 81, on November 4, 2023. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leslie S. Hackney and Mary E. Ferris; his sisters, Leslee Price and Cindy Duesing; his wife Nancy Hackney; his children, Annielaurie Mozeé (JP), Shane Hackney and Cheylo Steele (Jason); and his grandchildren, Dakota, Brooklyn, Makailyn, Monroe, Garrison, Madalyn, Maddoch, Irene, Chase, Addison, Mathus, Myka, Laura and Meribel. He was also cherished by the friends of his children and grandchildren.
