He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Brown Crawford; his children, Eric Crawford (Shannon), Christy Crawford and Tiffany Culpepper (Denver); his brothers, Lee Eubanks (Donna), Tommy Eubanks (Mary) and Wayne Eubanks (Dawn); and his grandchildren, Malleigh, Raeleigh, Mary Kate, Miles Culpepper and Emmalyn Mae Crawford.
