It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Nell Fisher of Hallsburg, Texas, born in Fort Hood, Texas, who passed away on November 11, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William J. Watts and Nellie B. Watts; her son Arthor Sean Finnie; and her brothers, Jerry Watts and Jimmy Watts.

She is survived by: her husband Darrell Fisher; her brother Johnny Watts; and her grandson Curtis Finnie (Ashley). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
