He is survived by: his wife Mary Lee Leopold Supak; his daughter Denise Bujnoch (Larry); his grandsons, Josh Bujnoch (Heather) and Chad Bujnoch; his sister Margaret Maus; and his great grandchild Greyer James Bujnoch.
