He is survived by: his wife Grace Leonita Dornak; his daughters, Melissa Rogers Todd (Kenneth), Serena Stasa (Kirk) and Teresa Rogers (Jacob Spangenberg); his grandchildren, Valauri, Vonni, Jon, Jensen Stasa, Kyla Gomez, Marley, Wade Spangenberg, Emma and Liam Todd; his mother-in-law Lillie Dornak; his brothers, Tommy Bigley (Debbie) and Mike Winters (Aurora Ledesma); his siblings-in-law, Erwin Dornak, Glenn Dornak, Blaise Dornak, Chris Dornak (Tammy) and Debbie Crites; and his cousin Lynn (Mark Watson). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
