He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton J Haas Sr. and Edna Haas (Woytek); and his grandson Christopher Haas. He is survived by: his wife Linda Kay Appelt; his sons, Milton III (Jennifer), Nathan (Missy) and Nicholas (Abbey); his grandchildren, Benjamine, Taylor, Madison, Isabella and Hudson; and his brothers, Roger Paul, Michael Ray and David Allen Haas.
