She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred J. Janak and Frances Opela Janak; her former husband Maxie Jares; her husband George Koncaba Sr.; her daughter Patrica Jares; and her siblings, Gertrude Matusek, Daniel and Wilbur Janak.
She is survived by: her children, Pam Krenek and Mark Jares; her brothers, Harvey Janak (Vivian) and Robert Janak (Josephine); her grandsons, Kevin Chovanetz (Tina), Patrick Sardelich and Kristopher Jares; and her great grandchildren, Konnor Chovanetz, Calen, Micah and Cameron Sardelich. She is also survived by nieces & nephews.
