It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lillie Satsky of Hallettsville, Texas, who passed away on January 21, 2021, at the age of 107, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alois S. and Mary Jalufka Opela Sr.; her husband Eddie L. Satsky; her son Wilbert Satsky; and her siblings, Adolph, Alois Jr., Rudolph "Ruby" Opela, Agnes Janak, Mary Pekar, Helen Wall, Gussie Kurtz, Theresia Brosch, Dorothy Fikac and Janie Spacek.
She is survived by: her children, John Satsky and Helen Cretors (Marcus); and her granddaughter Jessica Cretors.
Funeral Mass Service (All attendees must wear masks): 11 am, Monday, January 25, 2021, at St. Mary's Catholic Church of Hallettsville, TX; Visitation starting at 10 am; and Rosary at 10:30 am.
