He was predeceased by: his parents, Santiago and Guadalupe Casares Rios Sr.; and his siblings, Domingo, Santiago Jr., Joe, Pablo, Salome Rios, Carmen Sanchez and Teresa Rios.
He is survived by: his wife Natalla Reyes; his children, Jacinto Rios Jr., Rosemary Rios, Johnny Rios, Debbie Perez, Marcus Rios, Natalie Rios and Laura Rios; and his siblings, Juan, Enrique Rios and Mary Helen Garcia. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild.
