He was predeceased by: his father Jimmy Gutierrez; his uncle Frank Sr. Gutierrez; and his aunt Carolyn Migl. He is survived by: his mother Sarah Gutierrez; his sons, Jacob Gutierrez, Joshua Gutierrez and Jeremy Gutierrez; his stepchildren, Kirsten and Briar; and his siblings, Jimmy Gutierrez III, Eddy Gutierrez and Lee Ann Mizera (Anthony). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; and 4 step grandchildren.
