He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph A. Martisek and Evelyn Koncaba Martisek; and his sisters, Yvonne Dodd and Mary Zander. He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Nowak Martisek; his children, Danna Stensgaard (Tom), David Martisek (Amber), Laura Branam (Jeff) and Bryan Martisek (Haley); and his grandchildren, Taylor, Jacob Stensgaard and Angelica Martisek. He is also survived by 4 children.
