George Velek Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 8, 2019, at the age of 74, George Velek (Hallettsville, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Jacob Jr.; his daughter Michelle; his sister Estella; his brother-in-law Delphin Hundl of Shiner; his wife Patricia Velek (Pat); his mother Albina Velek (Wentrcek); his brother Joseph Frank Velek; and his grandparents, Frank, Theresa (Mrnustilk), Wentercek, Jacob Sr. and Mary Velek (Patek). He was also cherished by 3 nieces, 2 nephews, 3 great-nieces and 4 great nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Shiner Nursing and Rehab Activity Dept. for all their special care for the last 4 years.
