She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Klimitchek and Julia Haidusek Klimitchek; her husband Wayne Horton; her grandmother Dorothy; her brothers, Jesse Klimitchek, Franklin Klimitchek, Richard Klimitchek and Alton Klimitchek; her sister-in-law Jeanie Klimitchek; her son Wayne Edward "Chip" Horton Jr.; and her grandson Joseph Culak.
She is survived by: her daughter Julia Beran (Brian); her brothers, Carl Klimitchek (Patsy) and Daniel Klimitchek; her sisters-in-law, Joyce and Rose Klimitchek; her grandchildren, Brandon Beran (Samantha) and Brandy Beran (John McGinley); and her nephews, Richard "Buster" Klimitchek, Randy Klimitchek, Kenneth Klimitchek and Rodney Horton. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
