With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dexter J Svetlik (Hallettsville, Texas), who passed away on December 30, 2023 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton Svetlik and Frances Svetlik; his brother Patrick Svetlik; and his godchild Ryan Munson. He is survived by: his siblings, Dennis of Witting, Larry (Carolyn) of Hallettsville, Gary (Beverly) of Shiner, Archie (Virginia) of Smithville, Kenneth (Mary Ann) of Hurst, Blanche Cavarretta (Roy) of Hallettsville, Joyce Timm (Carl) of Hallettsville, Diane Munson (John) of Hallettsville, Val Hardt (Tim) of Castroville and Debbie Barron (Bill) of Katy; and his nephews, Chad Svetlik, Keith Svetlik, Andy Svetlik, Charlie Munson, Steven Hardt and Cole Barron. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
