She is survived by: her children, Lynn Roberson (Greg) of Austin, Chuck McAfee (Henrietta) of Hallettsville and Kevin McAfee of Houston; her grandchildren, Lakecia McAfee Hargrove (Shay), Charles McAfee Jr. (Sheila), Paula Roberson, Gregory Roberson Jr. and Ashley James; her great grandchildren, Keondre Steen, Jay Steen, Jaisha Steen and Kylan McAfee; her sisters, Doris Marie Thornton, Annie Mae Price, Julie Campbell and Margie Nell Simmons; her sister-in-law Darlene Simmons; and her brothers, Ervin Lee Simmons Sr. (Joyce) and Charles A. Simmons (Viola).
