He is survived by: his son David (Debra); his wife Bernice Michalcik; his children, Wesley (Robyn) and Michele Chovanetz (Christopher); his brother Glen (Barbara); and his sister-in-law Jeanette Michalcik. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
