He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Kutac and Millie Migl Kutac; and his siblings, Laverne Kutac and Wilbert Kutac. He is survived by: his wife Ethelyn Renken Kutac (Jo); his children, Elisa Partain (Matthew), Cherise Branch (Steve), Keith Kutac (Lauren) and Shera Eichler (David); his grandchildren, Sydney Partain, Madison Bell, Emerson, Hayden Eichler, Rhett Branch, Laekyn Lemus, Ashley Partain, Dodge Bludau, Reese Bludau, Austin Kutac, Hudson Kutac, Peyton Cull, Cameron Cull and T. J. Bell; his friend Greg Kolenovsky; and his daughter-in-law Lauren Kutac. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren.
