She was predeceased by: her parents, Pedro Martinez and Petra Martinez (Gomez); her son Rene Gomez; and her siblings, Simon Martinez, Manuela Garcia and Merced Gomez.
She is survived by: her husband Florencio Gomez of Hale Center; her children, Raymond Gomez (Veronica) of Hale Center, Lorien Gomez of Kingsville, Diana Gomez of Hale Center and Teresa Martinez (Rudy) of Hale Center; and her siblings, Leopoldo Martinez of Hale Center and Angie Martinez of Lubbock. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
