She was predeceased by: her father Manuel Flores; her husband Louis Lucero; and her siblings, Elizabeth "Chavela" Martinez, Betty Lou Martinez and Manuel Flores.

She is survived by: her son Jodie (Shea Lucero) of Odessa; her granddaughter Tai Lopez-Lucero (Diego Lopez) of San Antonio; and her siblings, Rudy (Helen Flores) of Amarillo and Mary Lou Flores of Maryland. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
