We bid farewell to Juan G. Castillo of Hale Center, Texas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 18, 2025 at the age of 83. Juan touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gorgonio Castillo and Maria Hernandez Castillo; his wife Isabel Castillo of Theresa's Catholic Church; and his siblings, Perfecto, Pedro, Simon, Martin Castillo, Julia Rangel and Damiana Castillo.
He is survived by: his children, Damian (Michelle Castillo) of Lubbock, Ricky Castillo of Hale Center, Michael Castillo of Plainview, Armanda "Mandy" Castillo of Georgia, Mary Alice Garza (Jimmy Santiago) of Abilene, Denise Adame (Victor) of Lubbock and Sindy Castillo of Hereford; and also Natalia Garcia of La Villa, Texas.. He is also survived by twenty three grandchildren, forty four great-grandchildren, and nine great-great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lemons Memorial Chapel (206 W 8th St, Plainview, TX 79072). A rosary was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. Theresa Catholic Church (1308 Ave C, Hale Center, TX 79041). A burial was held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at the Hale Center Cemetery (1880 FM 179, Hale Center, TX 79041).
