He was predeceased by: his daughter Becky Milstead Cook; and his siblings, Richard Milstead, Diane McAninch and Cathy Chandler. He is survived by: his wife Annette Milstead of Plainview; his daughters, DeLisa Bailey (Brandon) of Plainview, Sierra Milstead of Plainview and Kendrie Milstead of Plainview; his grandchildren, Courtney Isom, Candalee Isom, Kagen Ashley and Kelby Cook; and his sister Virginia Young (Jack) of Weatherford. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
