He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Cloyd McKinney and Marie McKinney (Cornett); his wife Wanda Phillips; his children, Ranae Isch (Scott) of Amarillo, David McKinney (Gretchen) of Lubbock, Texas and Carey McKinney (Shannan) of Pampa; his grandchildren, Kayla Henry (Blake), Bobby Girndt, Craig Girndt (Ashleigh), Colton McKinney (Payton), Sydney Isch, Rachel McKinney and Claire McKinney; his great grandchildren, Carsen Girndt, Cooper Girndt and Tytan Henry; and his siblings, Eddie McKinney of Hale Center, Donnie McKinney of Plainview, Jeannie Forrest of Lubbock and Kathy Sherrod of Lubbock. He was also cherished by numerous in-laws, nieces and nephews.
