She is survived by: her children, Terri Petrzelka (Raymond) and Wm Paul Whitfield (Margarita); her son-in-law Hank Williams; and her grandchildren, David Whitfield (Stephanie), Michelle Whitfield, Charles Petrzelka (Liz), Kelley Petrzelka, Sean Whitfield (Aaliyah), Shelbie Dezell (Derek), Carrie Klein (Austin) and Brandon Horak. She is also survived by great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
