He is survived by: his wife Katheryn Snell of Gustine; his children, Carolyn Wellborn (Ronald) of Abilene, Billy Jack Snell (Susan) of Highland and Ivan Kirk Snell (Jennetta) of Mexia; his grandchildren, Zackery Shahan, Kyra Juliano, Stephanie Thigpen, Tabitha Shahan, Braden Snell, Paul Snell, Steven Snell, Wendell Snell and Jade Snell; and his siblings, Charles Bob Snell (Glenda) of Sidney, JoAnn Woodard of May and Freda Whisenant of Lamesa. He is also survived by numerous nieces, and nephews.
