He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jerry Collins and Ruth Collins; his grandparents, Tom, Lina Patton and Dr. Wade D. Collins; his wife Buena White; his daughter Debbie Winters (David) of Gustine; and his grandchildren, Angela, Luke and Jaime Winters of Amarillo. He was also cherished by three great grandchildren.
