He was predeceased by: his parents, Winfield Scott and Janice Rogers; and his siblings, Morris Rogers and Sandra Rogers Harlan. He is survived by: his close friend William Kaylor (Bill) of Gunter; and his nephews, Mark Rogers, Doug Rogers (Cindy), Harlan (Kerry) of Bells and Scott Harlan (Carin Purdom) of Sherman.
