He is survived by: his friend Joe; his wife Rita Tolbert; his brother Bob; his sister-in-law Frieda Tolbert; his brother Sid; his sister-in-law Linda Tolbert; his sister Robbie; his brother-in-law David Harris; his sister Johnnie Aplin; his sister-in-law Deanna Tolbert; and his children, Jimmie Lee Tolbert, Charlie (Terri Tolbert), Joe (Nancy Losh), Steve (Kathy Tolbert), Ron (Jill Tolbert) and Randy (Ann Tolbert). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
