She was predeceased by: her parents, Barbara June Kelsay and Cecil Kelsay; and her siblings, Ronnie Kelsay and Tammi Vanlandingham. She is survived by: her husband Derald Cox; her daughter Crystal Cox; and her son-in-law Kiel Ostaszewski. She is also survived by her four brothers, one sister, many nieces and nephews, her brother-in-law and sisters-in-law.
