She was predeceased by: her parents, Earnest Alonzo and Selma Blakeney Otto; her husband Arthur Almand; her children, Virginia Applin, Wesley Almand, Doris Crow, Sandra Borden and Sue Roberts; her children-in-law, Mike Jennings and Dorothy Harrington; her grandsons, James Smitherman and Jeffery Smitherman; her great grandchild Tristan Black; and her siblings, Dora Wafer, Junior Otto, Robert Otto, Edward Otto, Gerald Otto and Johnie Paul Otto.
She is survived by: her children, Alice Smitherman (Tommy), Gene Almand (Shelley), Johnny Almand, Debra Mosley (Dewey) and Teresa Jennings; her son-in-law Douglas Applin; her sister-in-law Pat Otto; and her siblings, Roy Otto, James Otto (Jean) and Judy Harris (Chester). She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
