He was predeceased by: his uncle Richard Watkins. He is survived by: his mother Faye Bales; his children, Heather Byars (Jordan), Wesley Palmer (Chantel), Jennifer Dawson (Taylor) and Michael Gray; his brothers, Chad Coulter (Debi) and Jimmy Parker (Heather); his aunt Jackie Baker; and his uncle Robert Watkins (Judy). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 1 great-grandson, numerous nieces, nephews, family, friends.
