She was predeceased by: her parents, Mable McFarland Frazier and Rodger Frazier; her stepmother Opal Frazier; her sisters, Carolyn (Roy Glenn Hyde) and Pam (Archie Lewis); her parents-in-law, Jean Eubank and Robert H. Eubank Sr.; her sister-in-law Barbara Eubank; and her nephew Cody Cornelius.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Eubank; her daughters, Alesha Eubank, Sunny Baker and Jennifer Raines; her grandchildren, Koby, Dakota and Sierra; her stepbrother Ben (Vickie Cornelius); her nephew Eddie Conner; her nieces, Kristi Cornelius and Katy Cornelius; her great-niece Madelyn; and her great-nephew Luke Conner. She is also survived by many cousins, other relatives and friends.
