He was predeceased by: his father Virgil Wayne Holmes. He is survived by: his daughter Jessica Flat; his mother Sylvia Jordan Peyton; and his siblings, Kenneth Wayne Holmes, Cindy Kay Jinkins (Richard) and Kimberly Elaine Pratt. He is also survived by three grandchildren; three nephews; and one niece.
