He was predeceased by: his parents, Alberta Holcombe (Snyder) and O. D. "Cush" Holcombe; and his siblings, Basil Holcombe and Lillie Fay Holcombe. He is survived by: his girlfriend Susie Chiles of Groveton; his children, Amber Holcombe of Temple and Jubal Holcombe of Riverside; and his sisters, Ira Jean Wicker of Lufkin, Earlene Finn of Rusk, Sarah Annette Williams of Pollok and Cynthia Louise Armstrong of Lufkin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
