He was predeceased by: his parents, William Guy (Bill) and Judith Vaughn Guy; his brother Gregory Guy; his grandparents, Woodrow Vaughn and Maxine Vaughn Myers; his stepgrandmother Freda Vaughn; his aunt Katherine Vaughn; and his uncles, Roger Vaughn, Ray Myers and Reece Myers.
He is survived by: his brother Greg; his wife Danielle King; his sons, Tom Church, Christopher Guy and Matthew Guy; his stepdaughters, Alicia Norris, Kaitlynn Norris and Ashlyn Norris; and his stepson-in-law Cameron Norvell. He is also survived by his children and step- children, a genuine friend.
