He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Thomas Banks Sr. and Eulah Mae Arnold Bush; his wife Lena Dale Banks; his children, Ronald Edward Banks and Sherry Banks; and his siblings, Mary Dale and Paul Bush.
He is survived by: his daughter Candace Banks Henthorne (Jeff Henthorne) of Spring, TX; his sister Shirley Bush Helzberg (Barnett Helzberg) of Shawney Mission, Kansas; his grandchildren, Ryan Dale Henthorne, Richard Lee Henthorne (Donelle), Brent Edward Banks and Andrea Banks Goodson; and his great grandchildren, Emerie Joy Henthorne, Adalynn Marie Henthorne, Alexa Goodson and Trey Goodson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
