He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Ray Woodworth and Lula Woodworth (Wallace); and his sisters, Bonnie Woodworth Taylor and Betty Ann Woodworth. He is survived by: his wife Margie Woodworth of Lufkin, TX; his children, Debra Gustavus, Jeff Woodworth (Alice), Michael Woodworth (Courtney), Wesley Woodworth (Pam) and Ryan Wakefield; his siblings, Linda Pierson (Steve), Janet Lang and Warren Woodworth; and his grandchildren, Jacob Hood, Jeffrey Hood, Kimberly Woodworth, Michael Woodworth (Mikey), Roman Hood, Carter, Corey Hood, Sadie Woodworth and Mimi Rose Elaina Woodworth. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
