He is survived by: his wife Kathleen "Kay" Tullos of Apple Springs, TX; his sons, Gary Tullos (Karen) of Huntsville, TX, Terry Tullos (Terri) of Apple Springs and Kevin Tullos (Patsy) of Apple Springs, TX; and his brother Dewayne Tullos (Joni) of Apple Springs, TX. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
