She was predeceased by: her parents, Eloise Warner and W. C. "Bill" Warner; her sister Linda; and her brother-in-law Alfred Garlington. She is survived by: her husband John Terrell of Groves, TX; her children, Tad Terrell (Kim) of Groves, TX and Tina Simmons (Marty) of Silsbee, TX; her siblings, Billy Warner of Port Neches, TX and Candy Harrison (Darren) of Silsbee, TX; her grandchildren, Hunter Terrell, Hayden Terrell, Korbin Simmons, Chandler Simmons, Christian Hearn (Kolby) and Hallie Terrell (Wyatt Girouard); and her great grandchild Emma Terrell.
