With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jimmy Vernon DeRouen of Groves, Texas, born in Port Arthur, Texas, who passed away on November 14, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Otha DeRouen and Hattie DeRouen. He is survived by: his significant other Charlotte Lee DeRouen; his children, Ceseley DeRouen Garner (James) of Frisco and Marc DeRouen (Christy) of Port Arthur; his sister Barbara Hilbrich (Roy) of Jewitt, Texas.; his grandson Grant Garner (Katherine) of Las Colinas; and his great grandchild Caroline.
