He was predeceased by: his parents, Heriberto Castillo Toro and Maria Isabel Rodriguez Quintana; and his siblings, René Castillo, Raquel Rivas, Pedro Castillo, Luis Castillo and Isaias Castillo.
He is survived by: his sister Rebeca Castillo Rodriguez. He is also survived by nieces and nephews who will deeply miss their uncle.
