He is survived by: his wife Mona Fletcher; his children, Charles Fletcher (Sheng-Yen) of Groves, Corey Bellard (Laura) of Port Neches, Chad Bellard (Angie) of Nederland, Brent Bellard of Groves, Monty Lytle (Jan) of Salina and Guy Lytle (Vicki) of Sacramento, California.; and his sister Diane Easton of Orange. He is also survived by 31 great-grandchildren.
