He was predeceased by: his children, Gaylene Beach and Tim Lytle; and his parents, Charles H. Fletcher and Mercedes Fletcher. He is survived by: his wife Mona Fletcher; his children, Charles Fletcher (Sheng-Yen) of Groves, Corey Bellard (Laura) of Port Neches, Chad Bellard (Angie) of Nederland, Brent Bellard of Groves, Monty Lytle (Jan) of Salina and Guy Lytle (Vicki) of Sacramento, California.; and his sister Diane Easton of Orange. He is also survived by 31 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Melancon Levingston Funeral Home (5601 39th St, Groves, TX 77619). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at the Oak Bluff Memorial Park (618 Block St, Port Neches, TX 77651).
