He is survived by: his spouse Lindsey Thomas; his sons, Zane Matthew, Mason Cash, Kristopher Ryan, Felix Anthony and Elijah Benjamin; his mother Liddie Simmons Poisel; and his siblings, Kenneth, Jesse, Gary, James, Bobby, Cody, Melody and Melissa. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
