He was predeceased by: his parents, David Bailey and Frances Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Loretta Bailey of Groom; his sons, David Bailey (Adrienne) of Franklin, Jeff Bailey (Vicki) of Mertzon, Phillip Bailey (Shelley) of San Angelo and Todd Bailey (Darla) of Paradise; and his sister Edith Inman (Paul) of Phoenix, AZ. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials may be made to The VA Community Living Center of Amarillo.
