She was predeceased by: her husband Jessie Oliver Pelham; her parents, Elmer Newton Raborn (Pete) and Ruby Allie Raborn (Sadler); her brother Elmer Glen Raborn; and her granddaughter Krystal Kay Fleming.

She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Pelham (Theresa Pelham) and Karen Fleming (Jerry Fleming); her grandchildren, Staci Priest, Scott Fleming and Joshua Pelham; and her great grandchildren, Katrina Priest, Jacob Pelham, Cassandra Pelham and Jordan Lee Runnels.

If anyone wishes to make a donation in lieu of sending flowers, please make donations to the First Methodist Church or the Faulkenberry Cemetery in Groesbeck in Rubinell's name.
