He was predeceased by: his father Wilburn Howell. He is survived by: his mother Marye Ann Howell; his wife Nohemi Howell; his children, Jenna Jenkins (Joel), Julie Newman (Chase) and Jordan Howell (Anna); his stepchildren, Janie Marler (Jim), Raymond Leininger (Rosa), Veronica Wagoner (David) and Robert Leininger (Kim); his grandchildren, Avrey, Joely, Adam, Houston Jenkins, Joslyn, Emma, Amisty, Willow and Olive Howell; and his brothers, Jerald Howell (Carolyn), Johnny Howell (Phyllis) and Scott Howell (Alana). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and step grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Groesbeck Funeral Home Chapel (1215 E Yeagua St, Groesbeck, TX 76642).
