He is survived by: his sons-in-law, John and Mark; his children, Amber (Mark Ruiz), Amanda (John Mikus) and Kenneth; his daughter-in-law Kristen Appelt of Oklahoma City, OK; his grandchildren, Caitlyn Curtis, Dylan Mikus, Kenneth Curtis, Emily Curtis, Memphis Mikus, Avery Ruiz and Joseph Ruiz; his great grandchild Sealy Barber; and his pets, Rocky, Disco, Moonshine and Ciroc (Sheryl Davis). He is also survived by his family, friends.
