He was predeceased by: his parents, Eva Winters (Watson) and Gardner Winters; and his brother Terry Lee Winters. He is survived by: his wife Myra Winters (Rodríguez); his sons, Kenneth G. Winters Jr. (Peggy Renee Winters) and William Lee Winters (Liliana Winters); and his grandchildren, Austin Chase Winters, Tyler, Roman Chandler Winters, Cameron Lee Winters and Delaney Rose Winters. He is also survived by his wife's friend, and as it turns out, his wife's friend was his 10th cousin.
