He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Pauline Moore Brooks; his stepfather George Brooks; his wife Janice Brooks; his children, Deborah Brooks (Vickie Hinds) of Waco and Ricky Don Brooks of Groesbeck; his grandchildren, Chad Don, Amber Brooks of Groesbeck, Aaron Daniel Brooks, Ty Wayne, Kailey Brooks and Nicklos Beveridge of Groesbeck; his great grandchildren, Keeley Brooks, Dooley Brooks of Groesbeck, Lily Brooks, Marilyn Brooks, Emmry Brooks of Waco, River Brooks, Kruz Salazar of Troy, Aurbery Beveridge, Brynlee Beveridge and Dakota Beveridge of Groesbeck; and his siblings, Sandra Jean Hinton of Robinson, Sandra Ann Beil of Groesbeck and Glenn Hendrix of Bandera. He was also cherished by family as were his children.
