She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Carl Wellendorf and Gladys Rachel Ione Peeters; and her brothers, Gary and Paul Wellendorf. She is survived by: her husband Tom Black; her children, Cindy (Clark Meier), Terri Black (David Dean), Dawn Black, Kim (Alan Vinson) and Andy Black (Raymond Glenn); her granddaughter Sarah (Brian Westerfield); her children, Rachel Meier, Jake (Catherine Vinson), Josh (Vivian Vinson), Eli Dean, Wallis Dean and Aaron Dean; and her great grandchildren, Breckin Westerfield and Elora Vinson.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Groesbeck Funeral Home, Inc. (1215 E Yeagua St, Groesbeck, TX 76642). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the Fort Parker Memorial Park Cemetery (2210 FM 1245, Groesbeck, TX 76642).
